Communication was good, but the delay due to use of non OEM part was frustrating. However, understanding the parts used have to be authorized by the insurance and they will be push for the low cost part.

There is still a blob of paint on the bumper. The car is also having trouble to start. It cranks with some delay. It was not there before

Overall the communication was amazing. A a part of the bumper in the driver side is out a little bit but I have no worries because I was told anything would be fixed for free under the lifetime warranty
