Car was extremely dusty upon pickup.... Only a very modest cleaning was done... It looked like they sanded the bodywork with the windows open

There was delays and the car wasn't fixed right the first time. Also we still have to take it back because something else is wrong. Just not a good experience at all.

My visit to Hardy Chevrolet was easy and convenient. They scheduled a pre-visit to review the work that needed to be done, they then scheduled a time for the work to be done, the body shop kept me apprised of every step along the way. They sent me text over the three days of my car was in the shop let me know anything that was unexpected or that everything was going as expected. And sent a text and called when the car was done. They were very professional I would highly recommend the shop again.
