Jack did a great job on my car and kept in touch with me as to let me know the progress on my car the whole time it was in the shop. He had to take extra time to return damaged parts and reorder the correct ones more than once and had to work diligently to match the paint so it would be the correct match in a color that had over 600 shades! He took time to explain this to me and why he was having delays due to these problems. He truly does excellent work and has excellent customer service. I was very satisfied

Everything looks great! I appreciate Jack making sure he got quality parts for my car After getting damaged parts he made sure to not settle for parts that wete not good quality even though this took more time and convincing to the insurance company. He also did the same not settling on the paint job even though that also took more time. Great job , great communication and customer service also! Very happy

The One-Touch roof was not installed correctly and now I have to make time to get it diagnosed, be without vehicle and pay out of pocket with potential reimbursement based on NJM’s assessment.
