Very knowledgeable,detailed ,very organized,wonderful communication skills always knew what stage repair was at and finished as was expected. Thebmost trust worthy Repair facility I've Ever used through the years on any of my vehicles! Would recommend Jack & his facility with complete assurance to anyone....hope I wouldn't need it again( lol) but if so wouldn't think twice. Excellent Job done on my vehicle!!

Bodywork was excellent: there are mechanical issues that were not addressed. Specifically, the loud buzzing noise emanating from below the cabin when driving at speeds above 15 MPH. When I described the noise, I was told that the wheel bearings and tires would be checked. I was informed that an inspection was made and the tires are "chopped" and the bearings are fine. Today, July 6, 2022, I ashed my mechanic who has been doing repairs on my vehicle for the past 20+ years to drive the car. Before driving it, he checked the tires and said that they are not chopped. He then drove the car and heard the noise which is said sounded like warn bearings. He is Cooper Tire dealer as well as a certified automobile mechanic.
