Communication and dialogue regarding the PPF wrap was poor. The wrap looks horrible and the company refuses to re-do the wrap because they’re afraid the paint will come off when they remove the wrap. This shouldn’t be my problem as I requested my own guy to do the wrap and Harr wanted the opportunity to use there’s for convenience. End result, your collision center damaged my front bumper and now I have PPF film that looks terrible. Will not use your services in the future as the repairs and events were deceptive.
