I was asked multiple times that I was sure I didn’t want the vehicle washed and I assured them NO do not wash it. So they asked me if I at least wanted the interior cleaned and I caved and said sure go ahead detail the interior but not the exterior. They however did not clean the inside whatsoever. Also notice a small gap in the plastic piece that attaches to the bottom of the bumper for the back up sensors….. it’s missing a nut on the hardware that’s the reason for the gap.

The team’s work was otherwise impeccable, and I truly appreciate the effort put into the vehicle. However, upon receiving the car, I noticed scratches on the inside of the passenger door that were not present before. It appears that someone may have entered through that door during the process and unintentionally caused the damage without noticing. This is concerning, as the vehicle was delivered in different condition. That said, I do want to highlight that your paint technician was very kind and professional, and he advised us to get in contact regarding a repair for that specific area. I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this issue and coordinating the necessary repair.

Repairs look good but looks like detail scratched my front drivers side window tint pretty badly waiting on a call back for a solution.
