The length of time my car was in the auto body shop was too long. I chose not to rent a car and had to go about two weeks without a car. I had to call to find out the status of my car. There was no communication unless I contacted them. I did get the car back at an earlier date then was estimated (about 4 business days) and I am happy with the way the car looks. It is just the length of time that I was not happy with.

The car was delivered behind schedule. I did not appreciate after waiting the extra time the car was not really ready to my satisfaction. Had to bring the car back. Although their workmanship is good, the experience working with them not so good. I would not recommend anyone to them.

Minor issues. TRD Offroad sticker with scratches through it. Paint missing on bumper/other minor issues with bumper.
