I did not have a good experience. I was inconvenienced because an obvious area of the car was missed during the repair. When I raised the issue, my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I had to request another quote and bring the car back to the shop to have the issue corrected. When I returned to pick up the car after the second repair, I had to walk to the auto shop in the snow, on the street with cars driving by, which felt unsafe and avoidable. I was told a discount would be applied, but that did not happen. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.

Had car for 4 weeks and not one update unless I called to ask. I would think that with the amount of damage and the amount of time they would have kept me in the loop more. Each time they called they would tell me one more week and then not follow up.
