It took 2 weeks to get my car repaired and only received a call on the day I dropped the car off with a general timeline offered, a second call a week later saying everything was done and just needed to clear with the insurance and a final call yet another week later to say it was ready. No explanation as to why it took a week to get my car after it was done with repairs.
