Two different employees of the shop promised me they would use new OEM parts on my vehicle that were price matched to the aftermarket cost. The shop did not perform their promise. The shop placed aftermarket parts on my vehicle and did not advise me. They did not contact before completing the repairs with the parts that i did not agree to. The actions of this shop are fraudulent and leave me with no choice but to file a complaint with the state and to contact an attorney.
