I had asked the person helping me to order all of the parts at the time I met with the repair person. I told then I will pay if insurance refuses. They did not order all, they waited until they received insurance approval for the grill. Which slowed down finalizing the repairs.

The customer service was above excellence! Miguel was amazing at communicating with me about my vehicle from parts waiting to apologizing about being short staffed. As well he made me feel welcomed and explained the process to me since it was my first accident.

Besides the insurance companies working with them, they will assure you get the right parts and repairs on your vehicle quickly, once the legal process is completed, which takes the longest

They’ve tried everything they could, there was some communication problems at the start since one of my family members works for their company, but once things were resolved, they begun work on my vehicle immediately and efficiently

I grew up in the Valley and this establishment has always been a great place to go and I believe in doing business locally.

I was very pleased with the service and communication from the staff. My repairs were done in a timely manner and after care was explained to me as well. Everyone was very friendly, and professional. Hopefully I wont have another fender bender but if I do I will definately use Harvest.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Harvest Collision. The repair quality did not meet pre-loss condition, there were visible sand scratches and swirl marks, the steering wheel is off-center, and communication throughout the process was poor.

The repair quality does not meet expectations. After picking up the vehicle, the steering wheel is not centered when driving straight, which indicates the alignment was not properly completed. There are ongoing concerns that related suspension components may not have been fully inspected. In addition, the areas that were repaired show visible sand scratches and swirl marks in the paint finish. The vehicle does not currently meet pre-loss condition.
