Very appreciative for the accommodations of a loaner car. After calling 3 times to get a loaner car due to my son having cancer, it was accommodated. And when picked up besides being painted it was washed, cleaned and full of gas. God bless you all

My first time at this repair facility and definitely impressed. I asked Louie if possible we would get our car back within a certain time period as we were going on vacation. He met our timeline and even getting our car back to us earlier than we thought. Louie kept us updated on the repair progress, even texting us pictures of our car. I did like the fact the additional damage that was found in our vehicle was repaired with no problem. Overall a great experience with Harvest Collision!

Only bummer was I had to return unfortunately one piece of trim was not fully secured when picked up so had to return to shop which they quickly fixed and had is on our way same day. Very pleased with Jake’s communication through out the process,
