This is a fantastic team. My truck was hit in a parking lot and Harvest Chevrolet had the repair quickly under control, including filing the estimate with the insurance company and helping me all along the way. Louie is the best! He's attentive, considerate, knowledgeable, and he kept in communication and answered any questions I had. I was notified with text updates, too. My two experiences with Louie and the Harvest Chevrolet Collision team have been exceptional.

The team at Chevy went above and beyond for us - special thanks to Louie, Mario, and Jolly. 100% satisfied - the team was excellent with their communication - both Mario and Louie contacted me almost daily- Louie even provided me with his cell phone number. The team explained the barriers they encountered and did everything they could to try and speed a process they had little to no control over (due to parts shortages across the country). When we picked up our car, once completed, Louie sat us down to explain the work they had done to our vehicle. When we left with our repaired car, my wife had later noticed a wiper that wasn’t functioning properly - I contacted Louie, the shop manager, and he sent someone out to fix the issue the same day so we didn’t have to drive back to the collision shop. I would recommend Harvest Collision to friends and family. I would use Harvest Collision again without question.

The shop repaired my son's mirror but neglected to fix the small dent on the front right bumper. That was part of the estimate. Kind of disappointed because my son came all the way from Portland for the repair and it wasn't completed. Also I'm an employee.
