Jake was on top of things and I really appreciate the status updates. He made some suggestions and it made the process go a lot faster! His "off the top of my head" estimate was exactly the amount the insurance said it would run. My broken truck came out looking near new :=)

Top notch service! The communication with the shop was constant on their end with updates and estimated completion time. The repair brought the truck back to new condition and I could'nt be happier. I was pleasantly surprised to pick up the truck and they had detailed it inside and out.

Did not complete the job at 100% delay after delay...promising dates that were never met...then work wasn't 100% complete...and as thr consumer had to extend my car rental 3 times at my cost
