We were surprised at the oversight on the issues.

Steering wheel saved this rating. The window replacement was complicated by the tinting issue. The rubber seal was rolled in on itself when we initially saw it. The interior seal isn’t smoothed down, it has areas that stick out.

I was surprised at the lack of attention to detail. There were multiple areas that we noticed when we initially came to pick up the car. This includes the window, not matching with the other ones in the car as well as glass still being in the car (large amounts in a vent and pieces on one of the chairs.) It was evident that it was just spot cleaned because the product they used left a greasy residue. The initial cleaning was minimal. We pointed all of this out to Mo when we came to pick it up. He profusely apologized and sat out to personally make all of it right. When we picked up the car, he definitely worked hard to make sure the car was finished and clean.

The body work looks good,but the whole process is very frustrating,because first when I picked the truck up ,got it home the windshield was so streaked ,I am still tring to get what ever it was off,there was puddle of water under all my floor mats,my check engine is on now,I took it to a parts store and it scanned as a leak in the smog system,so I don’t know a loose hose or plug.I have to take the truck to fix that,they had it for 3 weeks,now I don’t know how much longer,why can’t they just fix it right the first time,the whole process is very frustrating.
