Where do I start? This was my second experience with Harvey’s. The first was so good, that I chose them this time because of their quality, pricing and staff. This time did not disappoint in the least! They repaired my car while I waited, because it’s 25 miles from my home and I didn’t have a ride back home. They did it above my expectations, perfectly, in fact. And the cost was below all competitors. I tried to tip the people who did the work, but they said, “No, we are paid well and we do not receive tips.” My goodness. While I was waiting, an elderly customer came in with a Bentley. Another elderly customer came in. Both trusted Harvey’s because Harvey’s has earned that trust through 60 years of honest, quality service at a competitive price for 60 yrs. That’s what family ownership looks like!
