My car is leaking coolant - the low-coolant and overheating warnings came on half way home from picking it up. It’s been at Harvey’s for almost two months and now it needs to go back. I shouldn’t have to pay for the tow but will if it gets fixed immediately.

The exterior body work was completed. However I was told they would mechanically check the vehicle and send it out if needed. The dash was lose, radio and info screen did not work, rear camera display did not work and the alert was blinking.

Body work was completed. However the radio and info screen did not work, dash panels were lose, rear speaker was missing. Rear tail pipes were full of grave and dirt from the towing and drop off and were addressed at inspection however when I picked up the vehicle the dirt and gravel were still in both tail pipes.

From the day it was delivered, I was told I would get a call the following week. Didn't receive any calls only a text 2 weeks later that the car was ready.
