I recommend this shop to everyone with a vehicle. I’m very satisfied. I thought they would have my vehicle well over 2 months. I actually didn’t think they would be able to fix it ( I thought the insurance company would get me a new vehicle, what was I thinking lol). But Tony assured me they could do the job, and they did, and did it well- in less time than I expected.

The entire process, from beginning to end. The customer service, keeping me informed, calling me with updates, making sure I was ok- This was a lengthy & traumatic ordeal. Tony, made sure to get me back into my vehicle. The vehicle looks great, runs great, I’m great full for Harvey’s. I recommend everyone to take their vehicle to Tony!!

I only spoke to a few people, Tony was my go to person & he was always available and kept me informed on how the process was progressing.The few times I did call the receptionist was on point. There are 2 locations, I always called the one I did not need lol, but the ladies were always nice and transferred my call with A1 customer service. They made sure to get me to the correct location quickly & efficiently. The guys in the shop always answered politely, they were well informed and made sure I had the correct information. Time was of the essence & this job was and did take a lengthy time ( over a month, which I thought would be quite longer due to the severity of the damage-) Harvey’s on Miles made sure to keep me informed on the progress. Much appreciated!!
