I appreciate the communication skills of everyone there. I thought the estimate was reasonable, and the final bill came in right in line with that. The final work is, in my opinion, great, and I’m very happy. I would highly recommend Harvey’s to anyone.

Besides the delays the work was well done though only just got the car back

I was very disappointed with my experience at this body shop. I trusted them to repair my vehicle, but the work was not done to the quality I expected. The work looked rushed or unfinished. I also noticed issues that should have been corrected before returning the car to me, causing me to have to return multiple times. Communication throughout the process was lacking—I had to reach out multiple times for updates, and when I expressed my concerns, they were not handled with much care or urgency. For the price I paid, I expected far more professionalism and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
