Missing trim piece off the dash. Thought. Harvey's was going to address where right rear fender had been keyed. Tim is a pleasant guy with whom to work. Am aamzed at USAA''s inabilitty to communicate.

Jordan was great to work with and very communicative. I felt like I was given a fair price and amount of time to give my car up. My only complaint was that it took a little longer than expected to get it back - but only by a day or so!

Staff were very rude to my wife and car appears to have come back with many more miles than when we dropped it two weeks earlier. Very disappointing experience after a prior positive experience with a different vehicle. Happy to discuss over the phone to provide more details.
