I’d like to give a big thank you to the entire Harvey’s Collisions Center team. I cannot stop raving about how well you all did. From walking in the office and feeling like the receptionist actually loves to help people, and didn’t see me as “just another customer” to them working on my truck immediately as soon as it got towed in (and I signed the work release form)… must I say your body shop team did an immaculate job! Unfortunately I’ve had my truck worked on before by a different shop, but this experience definitely raised standards. Jordan was my service advisor. I thank you deeply for helping us get my truck back on the road in a timely manner. You are kind, helpful and overall professional. The highlight of my experience was 1) if all felt genuine and 2) seeing Jordan pull my truck in (from getting a detail) looking as good as she did when I took her out of the dealership!! Thank you all again, job well done!
