Repairs were good but customer service was trash starting with front desk, Alex was very unprofessional from the first day I went in to drop my car off she was gossiping about her coworkers in the lobby then when I would call for an update on my car it was never clear updates. I was being notified on my car app that my car was being drove when I asked Alex about this her response was “I’m not sure I’ll have a manager call you” never got a call back. Repairs are finished I feel I did all the work to get insurance to send the check I was calling letting Harveys know what paperwork they needed to send over. I was asked did I want to pay for the repairs and get reimbursed I was told the total was $6,400 when I got the receipt from insurance it was $5,300. Where was the extra money going? Will never use or recommend this place to anyone

About the only difficulty I've heard of anyone having with Harvey's is turning into or out of the place with traffic on Maple.

Harvey's is an amazing shop!! This is the second time I've been to the Maple location. This time for a minor incident and once for a major incident, (major hail damage). This visit was no different than the first! Great price, awesome customer service, timely repairs, and superior work! The work on my BRZ is perfect! And the original work on my STI is still phenomenal after all these Years!!! I consider Harvey's family! Won't let anyone else touch my cars and send everyone I can to ya!! Thx for the trust, confidence, speedy but exceptional work, and customer service that's second to NONE especially in your industry!!! Thank You!!!
