Customer service is good, but when I came in for my appointment, the lady Julie said that she didn’t see a reservation for me. Apparently the appointment got deleted when I called earlier that morning confirming? Julie offered no assistance and just simply said she didn’t have the space for my vehicle. When the office assistant came in, she remembered speaking with me and confirmed that I did have an appointment.
