unresponsive,crappy work on bently convrtible top and bumper. Batteries were shorted out in trunk of car, the preffered vendor that is supposed to be certified to work on a bently definitely needs to have credintials reviewed. they replaced the convertible top and not the inside liner. Rep stated after i made payment that the liner was discontinued or out of stock.

initially. as any business make you feel comfortable with them doing the work. but not relaying info about liner and obviously not test driving the car.From my understanding they were supposed to take the car apart and put it back together. several other issues that were not an issue before car was left in there custody.

The front left driver wheel area making a rattling or rumbling noise. The front right censor is still ghost beeping. The front end shakes at high speeds. I’ll bring it by to look it over today.

Adolfo is AMAZING! I felt like my car was in good hands the entire time. He was quick to respond to my questions and went above and beyond to work around my time constraints and needs. He even stayed way late for my pickup in order for me to have my car for a road trip that night.
