Julia is amazing!! She communicated the entire time with updates and did all the work with the insurance company. It really was the best auto body company I have ever worked with. No complaints and my truck is back brand new. Hopefully I won't need them in the near future but if I do. Harvey's is the only folks I will use.

Labor prices were extreme on time frame and work done . Time frame quoted was 10 days and after day 17 I went and checked on car the mirror had been broken and both door panels on passenger side taken off and still not assembled. The person working on car did not speak English and did not appear to know what he was doing . Prime labor cost were however charged on this inefficient process. On the 23rd day I called Julie to confirm car would be ready as I was yod earlier it would be . She stated she needed to update information and get back with me early afternoon . I called back at 1:30 she gave me a hard no and would not answer any questions other than due process .She was rude I did ask if there was a problem but remained polite. There are 2 nicks and scratcheson upper bumper that were not there prior to bringing in car . Not a pleasant experience for me .
