Harvey’s get’s a perfect technical score from me on repairs. The repaired bumper looks exactly like the original. The repaired hitch even looks better than the original(looks newer than the vehicle). The dissatisfaction is personal in nature and stems from a misunderstanding of the outcome. I thought I would receive the vehicle as submitted. I wasn’t aware the bike rack that was installed would not be replaced as well. I would definitely recommend Harvey’s Paint And Body to friends.
