Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the repair. Harvey’s was professional and able to repair my car quickly after my accident. However, I took my car to the dealership for its 30k maintenance service a week after I got my car back, and had to get a wheel alignment and get scratches removed from the left rear tire that was not fixed at Harvey’s.

The team at Harvey’s went above and beyond to help me out with my particular situation. Despite not being able to directly help with the repair and ordering of parts because my truck requires some very specific, aftermarket parts Cody and Ruben still did all they could and have great advice on how to navigate the headaches of insurance. Because of their kindness when I did end up ordering the parts myself I took them to Harvey’s to get them painted because of the pleasant experience I had with them previously. Harvey’s has been in business for a very long time and it was clearly evident why, great customer service, great communication, great team. Hopefully I don’t need a vehicle repair shop again in the future, but if I do Harvey’s will definitely be #1 on my list.
