Brown guck was found on the seats and all over a jacket I left in the car. Quite disappointed. Also, The leather in the back middle seat of the car now has deep imprints as if metal material had been pushed against the seat.

Very happy with the whole process. Excellent repair work done and the great customer service. What should have been a stressful time for my son and I, turned out to be a smooth simplified experience. The folks at Harvey's paint and body took care of us from start to finish. They sent us updates on the stages of the repair. The process was a true 5 out of 5 star rating.
