I was rear ended on 2/3 and then visited Harvey's a few days later. The receptionist was great and was informative on the process works (what happens after dropping off vehicle, how Allstate handles claims, Enterprise rental). Joshua was also informative of the next steps. I dropped off my car on 2/9 and was impressed by the quick turnaround when the vehicle was ready for pick up on 2/13. The car looks brand new and drives well. I also appreciate the itemized list of what was performed. Kudos to the receptionist, Joshua, and Harvey's Collision Center for exceptional and efficient service. Will recommend for future repairs. Thank you.
