Harvil Auto Body is a family-owned, fourth-generation auto body shop with a rich history that began in 1910 as a Studebaker dealership, selling and servicing cars and trucks in Chesterton, Indiana. Fred Harvil Sr. eventually started his own shop in 1958, Fred’s Auto Body, a well-respected repair shop in Chesterton, Indiana. In 1974, the family relocated to Tempe, Arizona, where Fred Harvil Jr. and Tim Harvil established Harvil Auto Body. Today, with Tim’s son, Matt Harvil, operating the company, the business continues to honor its legacy with expert auto body repair. With decades of experience, Harvil Auto Body is committed to providing top-notch craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer care. Car looks good as new! Originally I was gonna have to wait 3-4 months to get it into the shop (due to high volume of car accidents and repairs needed). But they were able to get me in much sooner due to someone cancelling. Originally was told it would take a week to get my car repaired but it was only 5 days which was nice. Overall car is good. Very happy with the service.
