Harvil Auto Body is a family-owned, fourth-generation auto body shop with a rich history that began in 1910 as a Studebaker dealership, selling and servicing cars and trucks in Chesterton, Indiana. Fred Harvil Sr. eventually started his own shop in 1958, Fred’s Auto Body, a well-respected repair shop in Chesterton, Indiana. In 1974, the family relocated to Tempe, Arizona, where Fred Harvil Jr. and Tim Harvil established Harvil Auto Body. Today, with Tim’s son, Matt Harvil, operating the company, the business continues to honor its legacy with expert auto body repair. With decades of experience, Harvil Auto Body is committed to providing top-notch craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer care. Excellent service, made the whole process so easy from getting my estimate to feeling like I was leaving my car with a company that really cared about the customer and explaining my Hertz Rental. Car was cleaned out on pick up and they even touched up a scratch. Will definitely refer to any friend. Appreciate having a business I feel I can honestly trust.
