Harvil Auto Body is a family-owned, fourth-generation auto body shop with a rich history that began in 1910 as a Studebaker dealership, selling and servicing cars and trucks in Chesterton, Indiana. Fred Harvil Sr. eventually started his own shop in 1958, Fred’s Auto Body, a well-respected repair shop in Chesterton, Indiana. In 1974, the family relocated to Tempe, Arizona, where Fred Harvil Jr. and Tim Harvil established Harvil Auto Body. Today, with Tim’s son, Matt Harvil, operating the company, the business continues to honor its legacy with expert auto body repair. With decades of experience, Harvil Auto Body is committed to providing top-notch craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer care. Thanks so much for doing a great job on my car. I've only used it twice so far but it's working fine. Harvil's Auto Body repaired the front fenders. Replaceed the wheels and even washed the car so that my car looked new when I went to pick it up the day before Thanksgiving. Thanks Harvil's Auto Body!

Matt and his crew are prodigious. I am stubborn and incredulous when it comes to trusting any mechanic with my vehicle and in nearly every circumstance, I am the only person who places a hand or tool on my truck. Bodywork and paint being outside of my wheelhouse, I reluctantly had to pick a shop to handle the repairs after being rear-ended. From our first interaction, Matt made me feel like I was speaking with a truly knowledgeable and honest professional. The entire process was made effortless and comfortable.
