Harvil Auto Body is a family-owned, fourth-generation auto body shop with a rich history that began in 1910 as a Studebaker dealership, selling and servicing cars and trucks in Chesterton, Indiana. Fred Harvil Sr. eventually started his own shop in 1958, Fred’s Auto Body, a well-respected repair shop in Chesterton, Indiana. In 1974, the family relocated to Tempe, Arizona, where Fred Harvil Jr. and Tim Harvil established Harvil Auto Body. Today, with Tim’s son, Matt Harvil, operating the company, the business continues to honor its legacy with expert auto body repair. With decades of experience, Harvil Auto Body is committed to providing top-notch craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer care. I went with Harvil’s on a recommendation. I was surprised by the whole experience. It was quick, easy, and painless and when I got my car back I was so happy with the end result. He quoted me lower than competitors and the days in shop were less than half the days quoted by other reputable shops. I am very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism. Matt was amazing and I would definitely recommend to family, friends, and coworkers.
