It took some waiting time from when I did a estimate for repairs. But when truck went in for repairs I think it was done within a reasonable time . I was very happy with the work that was done, and detailed also. I would recommend this shop to others.

The workmanship was Great! Meghan was very nice & friendly. The communication was poor. I had to call to check on things instead of Hawaii Collision checking in with me.

As stated in last statement the communication could have been better. I had to call regarding initial appointment schedule & when car was not ready on promise date. I had no problem with car not being ready, but had to call the next available time to see what was going on.
