My vehicle was not serviced, just diagnosed. Dave called me on Oct 13th and I told him to return the parts as I was taking my vehicle to be replaced at Ford. I paid my deductible before the parts were received by the repair shop and I took an Uber back to the facility to retrieve my vehicle.
