I've had a very disappointing experience after my car was serviced. Although the repair process itself was positive, I noticed as soon as I picked up the car that the liftgate now pops open every time the car is locked. When I mentioned it, I was surprised to be told that it was now my responsibility to take the car to a dealer to prove the problem was a result of the accident or your work. I had hoped your team would at least take a moment to investigate, but the issue was dismissed entirely. For this problem to appear at the exact moment I received my car back feels like more than a coincidence. Frankly, I feel abandoned with this new problem. This has turned a good experience into a very negative one, and I would be hesitant to recommend Hawk to friends or family as a result.
