Repair was not completed. I complained of a creaking noise, was told they looked at it and it was just “normal wear and tear” even though it never made the noise before the accident. Took it to the dealership who put it up on the lift and had me come look at it and there was a bent wheel swing arm, clearly visible to the naked eye. Driving on it for weeks when it was bent like that also caused damage to the bushings on both sides. Either your team is incompetent or in cahoots with the insurance company, not sure which one is better. Will never bring a vehicle here again and I have passed the word along to friends and relatives.
