This shop was the best part of this experience overall. No one likes to deal with an accident, much less insurance companies. But everyone at this shop was so communicative, assisting and overall just a joy to work with.

The initial estimate given by the mechanic was around $1,000, but after getting into the car the cost for the work came to more than $2,000. There were repairs that could go one of two ways as well. When I got the breakdown, it was impossible to tell what the cost would be for both options. I appreciated that they worked with me to get a breakdown of the chapter options, but a breakdown of both options up front would’ve been ideal.

My Experience

The choice not to use a "preferred" body shop was the right one. Head Over Wheels still communicated with my insurance company, gaurantees the work themselves, and they did all of the estimating, paperwork, and negotiating with my insurance company, including sending pictures. After I filed the claim, I didn't lift a finger. The car looks great and I'm VERY happy with the job they did! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to family and friends with no hesitation. Great experience!
