Head Over Wheels (HOW) is a good old fashioned body shop. They get iy done! I have a '01 Tacoma that needed the windshield replaced. Well, there is surface rust due to the age, and the glass companies will not replace w/o repair. The shops with all the certificates (Dorn's) wouldn't touch it. "We don't work on rust!" HOW, we will fix it! I had them but on a new rear bumper while they had it. One week later, my trucks fixed and looking good. 5 Stars!

The work done was fine. However, I was very upset that I came in for an estimate and you missed the biggest dent on the vehicle. I get that people make mistakes, but what really upset me was that you tried to blame it on my by saying that I didn't read my estimate well enough. Other than that, things were fine.
