The car was in the shop for 10 days. Seemed like a long time considering the repair. The bumper behind the driver side seems to be pinched on the front and bowed out as well. It doesn't appear to fit properly.

Excellent work repairing my RAV4. Used OEM parts. Finished job 2 days early. Car looking brand new after cleaning and waxing even though it is 15 years old. Very friendly on the phone and in person. Highly recommend you to my friends.

The scratches were taking care of and the paint was well blended. Two other spots the owner said that would be taken care were not. Who ever waxed it was very sloppy and left wax marks all over the black fender and else were. Left the dirty rag laying in the passenger seat. My wife calls and leaves a message and gets no follow call. Very disappointing

Due to the fact that you rolled the car out the booth with the white flake under the clear coat clearly visible makes me second guess it

Paint looked good minus the 1/4 inch piece of white under the clear coat on the front clip (paint is black) and the paint you guys got on my steering wheel that wasn’t there before . Not sure how you just miss these things and don’t address them with your customer.

Was told it was finished,but just before I picked it up. I was told that they could not do the pinstripes. Communication was also poor. I had to keep calling to get the ball rolling. Receptionist is impatient to any type of questions. It was just not a good experience.
