The repair work was excellent, but the constant delays for multiple different things was frustrating - especially since we ended up having to pay quite a bit of money out of pocket for a rental car after exceeding the $900 maximum. A bit more transparent and upfront communication would be appreciated instead of the customer having to continuously call to get updates on the status of the repair.
