The car looks good but the ramp was damaged. You all say nothing was done to the ramp, BUT it was in perfect condition when the car went to the shop.

I have used Head Over Wheels for a past vehicle repair so it was a no brainer to reach out to them for a different car that needed to be repaired. When I arrived to my appointment Mike and Liz knew exactly who I was upon my arrival through the door. Liz took my keys and I was out the door in minutes on my way to work. I know from the time that they had my car I was in good hands. This shop keeps you updated on the status of your car via phone and an app they have created. Mike is very easy breezy to talk to and a straight shooter when it comes to explaining the extent of your car damage .Anytime I called to speak with Mike , Liz would hand him the phone or find him to come to the phone . When they finally finish my car repair they go into TLC mode by cleaned the inside and the outside of my car and they do the same for all customers I can’t forget to mention the following, My car had a pre-dent in it that had nothing to do with the damages they were already repairing. The dent could have eventually caused that area on the car door to rust Unbeknownst to me m, when I got the call to pick up the car, Mike said “by the way , we even fixed that dent you had in the car” . I write this review not only because the are “Super cali fragilistic expialiddocious” with collision r repair . , it for people that may find themselves needing collision repair and not knowing who to trust. From my heart I am still Head over hill with Head Over Wheels

We’ve noticed while inside the car, wind blowing noise coming from the area that was repaired. Obviously, there’s a seal that was not sealed correctly to hear outside air on the inside of the car.
