Overall, my experience was positive, and the primary repair of the back bumper was completed well. The work looked good and everything went smoothly. However, I did notice that a large scratch in a secondary area was not addressed, and there were also some stains left on the driver’s side leather. I would have appreciated these items being taken care of as part of the overall service. That said, I’m pleased with the primary bumper repair and appreciate the work done.

I had a really great experience at Heavenly Body Works. Don Jr. helped me out, and he made the whole process super easy and stress-free. I actually went to another body shop before this, and they told me I’d have to pay out of pocket because insurance wouldn’t cover their labor rates. so I decided to check out Heavenly and I’m really glad I did. They handled everything properly and didn’t try to push any extra costs on me. Don Jr. was honest, straightforward, and kept me updated the whole time. The work they did on my car came out amazing you can tell they really care about quality. Overall, just a smooth experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend Heavenly Body Works to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop.
