Heck's Collision Center is a full service Auto Body and Collision repair shop located in NE Arizona. We have been in business since 2004 and are family owned and operated. All of our equipment meets the requirements needed to repair todays cars including aluminum bodies. We spray water based PPG paint and have a climate controlled spray booth to be able to restore your cars finish to as close to factory as possible.

Repair quality was excellent. It took W A Y too long to complete repairs. There was NO communication initiated by Hecks to keep us informed or updated on the insurance claim or progress of the repairs.

My F150 was side swiped on the first of January in Taylor and Reviews of Heck's Autobody was seen on FB. I took Craig for the estimate about 3 days ago. The shop scheduled for April 3rd and I waited for the 3 months. Work was done extremely nice. Can't say it was quick and didn't contact any information until I called 3 weeks later for any information. Doors were finally delivered and finished just another 4 day later. All in all, it was correct. I would recommend.

We had to Waite months to get our can in for repairs. I understand that is part of doing business in the White Mountains, but once our can was finally in the time estimate kept getting prolonged. The work was mostly ok the seam sealer was a little messy in the trunk seat, but again overall it looks good. Just a little frustrating with how long everything took.

My headlights have a dark line above when put on dim, seems not right. Otherwise the repair is good but took longer than expected.
