Heck's Collision Center is a full service Auto Body and Collision repair shop located in NE Arizona. We have been in business since 2004 and are family owned and operated. All of our equipment meets the requirements needed to repair todays cars including aluminum bodies. We spray water based PPG paint and have a climate controlled spray booth to be able to restore your cars finish to as close to factory as possible.

Can’t even tell it was repaired. Paint was matched extremely well and everything that was removed for repair was reinstalled and functioned as it should.

I owned my own business(s) since 1983 and top drawer customer service was always my goal. Heck's exceeded my expectations 10 fold. My last business of 21 plus years was a independent high end shoe boutique where we knelt at our customer's feet every day. So I rate my customer experiences on that. Heck's regular texts on the progress of my vehicle repair blew me away and really equated to my kneeling at my customer's feet The best customer service I think I've ever received. There was glass left inside the van and we had to bring it back the next day to fix some lights that were going off on the dash board, they fixed the lights no problem.

Heck's Collision Center is the best. They are very friendly and very dependable. They are very great at communicating. From getting a quote to the front office ladies to the repairs. As soon as you drop off your vehicle they are texting you their progress and if anything changes they will call you and let you know. I will be highly recommending them to those how are in need of any repairs.
