Heck's Collision Center is a full service Auto Body and Collision repair shop located in NE Arizona. We have been in business since 2004 and are family owned and operated. All of our equipment meets the requirements needed to repair todays cars including aluminum bodies. We spray water based PPG paint and have a climate controlled spray booth to be able to restore your cars finish to as close to factory as possible.

The repair work was very satisfactory. The reason for the “no” answer was that it took 4 weeks to complete instead of the estimated 3 weeks and the total cost was $2000 more than the estimate. Luckily, the insurance paid the bill.

The repair was completed to Perfection. The customer service was Excellent ! Most of all I Greatly Appreciated the Heck’s Team showing a Great Interest in My Vehicle and the Overall Concerns that I had. Heck’s is the Only Body Repair Business that I would use. I Highly Recommend Heck’s. They are the Best!

The people are polite, but my car was released from their shop with a calibration error on the sensors and blind spot detection, had to bring it back and only one of them was resolved after three return visits. It was clearly bothering the gentleman I spoke with about it a few times, but they did tell me they would pay for my car to be evaluated by the dealership. They were polite and worked with the insurance company well (I didn’t have to get involved in that part, so that is sort of an assumption)
