We were kept informed of the progress. The repair and paint look great. We appreciated the outside and inside cleaning it received. The staff was very professional. We appreciated the courtesy car while repairs were being done. A painless process.

The staff was very nice and the free loaner was great But the repair wasnt good anyone could see it was repaired the paint looked like orange peel

They use an out of state vendor to do the work forcing you to commit to the repairs before even getting a quote. Once the vendor is on site to give the quote, he also begins the work. Inducing a sense of shame onto the customer and locking them into committing so their vendor isn’t coming all this way for nothing. It’s coercive. Rather it’s intended or not.

Did an outstanding job with with the paint and repairs and it came back fully detailed. Everything was completed in a reasonable time frame and i really appreciated the loaner vehicle, it was nice to drive a free loaner which was a brand new model, though i would of liked to drive an suv instead of a silverado.

Did an amazing job start to finish. Was fun driving the free loaner for 2 weeks also while my repairs were under way. Wish it was a different vehicle but the new 2026 Silverado rst i got was bately driven and a real blast tp drive.
