When I called to schedule appointment, Araceli, received my call with a smile, warm spirit. With professionalism and empathy, considering I was just in a wreck, she took all appropriate information and scheduled appointment. At appointment I met with collision estimator, Ken "KC" Clayton, who with professionalism and kindness, reviewed all appropriate information. I was impressed with his extensive knowledge base and felt reassured I had made the correct decision of whom to get my car repaired. Communication throughout the repair time and to day of pick up, KC and team were wonderful. He replied to my emails, took my calls, answered all my questions and concerns. My car on day of pick up looked as if it did when I bought it new! The collision and repair crew did a fantastic performance! I'm very impressed with the whole organization and will refer all in need of such work done to the Henderson Chevrolet Collision Center. I'm thoroughly happy with the outcome!
