repairs were completed, but the timeliness was disappointing. My vehicle was in the shop for 6 weeks.

my vehicle went in for repairs on November 6th, 2023 and after making repeated calls on the status of my vehicle, I was able to pick up my vehicle on December 15th, 2023. I always had to initiate contact with the body shop on the status of my repairs. Never did the body shop contact me regarding the status of my repairs. Very poor customer service.
