My car got a new dented scratch on the side which was not there when the car was dropped off. Brain tried to tell me that it was already there but I know for the fact that it wasn't because I just bought the car and inspected it thoroughly at the time of purchase. I don't know if something happened while it was parked or someone either threw or dropped something on my car body. It is not just a scratch but it has a dent as well. I'm extremely upset

I worked with Brian as my service and repair advisor and he is top notch. He explained everything to me through the process. Answered every single question I had and believe me I had many. The vehicle is absolutely perfect. If not better than it was before the accident it was repaired with original parts and the crew even cleaned the vehicle up and everything for when I picked it up.
